well I have owned the car which is a 1970 for quite some time and this will be its 3rd rebuild by me.
I wanted to do something a little different this time so started to pull apart the shell which turned out
to be a lot worse than I first thought (isn’t that always the way)
So after cutting off as much as I dare without just sweeping it all out of the garage and putting it into
body bags I started to wonder just what I was going to do with it! As a Mini enthusiast as well as selling parts for Minis for the past 20+ year I had gathered quite a few parts but wasn’t sure if it was going to be a race car, rally car or a fast road monster. So the rebuild began which in the end turned into me virtually building a complete shell! (Not recommended for the faint hearted) Have a good look round the Gallery’s to get an idea what was done to bring it back to life ...Enjoy
